Spicy Thai-Style Pineapple Wraps

 Components
  •      2 lime (about 14 cups) juice      
  •      2 teaspoons sugar
  •      2 teaspoon sambal oelek such as paste will go, (ShopSmart, see right)
  •      2 teaspoons fish sauce
  •      2 cup almonds or cashews cast into the fire, thick cut (Leaves and stems) 
  •      23 cup fresh cilantro almost cut
  •      12 Bibb lettuce leaves (about 1 head)
  •      Half a medium fresh pineapple, open, cored, and cut size chunks (3 cups about) the cut
  •      Kosher salt

Guidelines

Whisk lime juice, Sugar, Chile paste in a bowl, and fish sauce until sugar dissolves. Add almonds and cilantro and stir until the following would be ready with sauce.

When ready, arrange lettuce leaves on a large platter for service. Salt to taste every leaf and season with about 14 cups of pineapple yourself. 

Top with pineapple mixture of walnuts. Worship, your guests wrap (or wrap) to fill each lettuce leaf to close.

Cook Notes: 
Indonesia Sambals strong chiles are filled with condiments. There are different types, but a little tangy sambal oelek a hot red chiles, salt, vinegar or tamarind, and is sometimes a mix of garlic. Other Asian Chile pastes are suitable substitutes.

Not hand in a food processor, chop the nuts by is important. Cut machine - nuts and yellow will be overworked. Dish is best when the nuts have a special format.
